Purpose: For students to see what kind of businesses in Bethlehem rely on matter and energy.
Materials: Computers, Science Notebooks, Cue Card
Procedure:
STEP 1: Research any company in Bethlehem and link 3 types of energy to that company. Describe in 5 sentences, the name of the company, what the company does, and how it uses matter and energy.
STEP 2: Prepare a cue card for yourself to present your company to the rest of the class. At the end of each speech, we'll see if anyone recognizes the company.
STEP 3: We'll reserve the last 20 minutes of class for students to present their businesses. If you finish early, you may go to this site to enjoy some games.
